| “Stopped today for BBQ as I was driving home from the car dealership. I have never heard of Cowboyz before so I got the wings and ribs. Wow they both were amazing. I loved the rub they put on the ribs! The ribs did not need any sauce they were so good. I also loved the chicken wings and you get a lot of wings! I had them tossed in the sauce and yumm they were good. I highly recommend the wings!” |

| “I am a retired teacher who experienced eating Cowboyz BarBQ at a breast cancer fund raiser for Kelly Wyckoff in Newberry. The food was sooo tasty, I talked about it most of the night on my drive back home in Gainesville. I was driving around town this afternoon and spotted the Cowboyz food trailer and I almost made an illegal U-Turn to get back to the trailer to get me some BarBQ. I was surprised that they are here on Thursdays.My hunger for their RIBS totally satisfied me today, I am stuffed, It was finger licking GOOD!!!! It was as if the heavens wanted us to have a beautiful day by sending us to Archer where the BBQ Food Truck was parked at Save A Lot. We ordered two pulled pork sandwiches with slaw and had a picnic under a shade tree in the parking lot. It was fantastic! I have a tear as I write this because it made our day. Everything was cooked and seasoned to perfection. I overheard folks say it was the best brisket they had ever eaten! They were efficient, friendly and I knew we didn’t have to worry about anything. We ordered the pulled pork and chicken quarters. I heard from everyone at the party that it was the best pork they had ever eaten. They loved the chicken as well, it was done perfectly and the smoky flavor was delicious. I can’t recommend them enough. The sides were delicious and plentiful. They think of everything. You basically show up and eat. Lol! They even took time out to take a group photo for us so no one would be left out of the picture. :)” |

| “Cowboyz Catering was simply the best option for catering we came across, as several people recommended them to us for our wedding. They were a pleasure to work with and stayed in communication leading up to the event. Traci met us at the venue the day before to go over set-up and the day-of plan, which was just so helpful and relieving for the bride and mother. They arrived plenty of time before the event and were even prepared to serve the meal early so guests didn’t have to wait. We forgot our cake knife, and Traci was happy to lend us theirs. We had the following items for all guests: Sliced pork with cranberry gravy Smoked turkey with bbq sauce Green beans Twice baked smashed potatoes Sweet corn bread Peach cobbler Sweet tea, pink lemonade, ice water My mom asked for 2 extra meals for the bride and groom to take when we left, and they were delicious! I loved the corn bread and smashed potatoes, which our guests gobbled up so quick. My husband is not a fan of green beans in general but he really liked these as they were flavored nicely. I highly recommend and would have again if we were in the area. Thank you, Traci, for making our reception dinner go so smoothly.” |
